Advancing Support Living is a regularly scheduled education program for providers involved with the Supportive Living Program (SLP). These workshops provide valuable information on relevant topics related to the SLP.
Experts in the field, including SLP providers that have successfully developed best practices in their industry, conduct the training. Topics presented contain information that can be used by SLP providers. In addition to the training content, ample opportunity for questions and answers, as well as discussion by and among participants, will be provided.

Continuing Education Credit:
SIU School of Medicine is preapproved as a continuing nursing education provider pursuant to Section 1300.130, subsection c), 1), B) and P) of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Nurse Practice Act. Nurses may receive a maximum of 6.0 contact hours for completing this activity.
SIU School of Medicine is a licensed provider for continuing education for social workers (license #159-000106), nursing home administrators (license #139.000027) and dietitian/nutrition counselors (license #199.000121). This program offers a maximum of 6 CE hours. All other attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
