*CEU Credits Overview: Up to 11 CE Credits Offered Based on Courses Taken.

AALC will offer two tracks (A&B) to choose from on Day 1 & 2. Please select the track you will attend when registering.

We will also offer an optional track (C) for an 8-hr Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care Seminar on Day 2 (additional cost and limited to 25).

Attend both days for 7 CE credits or Day 1 plus full Dementia Care Seminar on Day 2 for 11 CE credits.

CEU Information: CEU is jointly provided by SIU School of Medicine and AALC.

SIU School of Medicine is preapproved as a continuing nursing education provider pursuant to Section 1300.130, subsection c), 1), B) and P) of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Nurse Practice Act. Nurses may receive a maximum of 11 contact hours for completing this activity.

SIU School of Medicine is a licensed provider for continuing education for nursing home administrators (license #139-000027), social workers (license #159-000106), professional counselors/clinical counselors (license number 197-000073), and dietitians/nutrition counselors (license # 199.000121). This program offers a maximum of 11 CE hours.

All other attendees will receive a Certificate of Participation.
