Kelsey Lock is the Manager of Policy and Rules for the Department of Healthcare and Family Services in the Bureau of Long-Term Care. Currently she oversees the Supportive Living Program. Previous to this position, she was the Regional Supervisor for the Supportive Living Program for the Lincoln Region for 3 years. Kelsey has been with the Bureau of Long-Term Care for 5 years. She is a nurse by trade and has been an RN for 14 years, working in a variety of different healthcare settings.
