He has obtained assessment reductions for approximately 30 Supportive Living Facilities, for auto dealerships, approximately 50 bank and credit union locations, major health insurance company call centers, manufacturing facilities, newspaper productions facilities, office buildings, printing companies, warehouses and hotels.

Other areas of practice include advising employers relative to employment law issues, representation of employers in administrative proceedings and courts, litigation including representing owners of real property in cases involving annexation, eminent domain, easement rights, and other disputes.

He resides in Springfield, Illinois.
